Water bottling machine

The machine is mainly applied to fill non-gas beverage which integrating with washing, filling and capping. It is suitable for polyester bottle and plastic bottle with all volumes and shapes. It is designed more compact and stable of controlling system, easy to operate and high automatically.

1. All parts which may touch with water are made by SUS304 which is anti-corrosive and easy to clean.
2. The machine operates easily with advantage of compact structure, perfect control system and high level of automation.
3. By adopting bottle neck clamping and suspending technology, it is convenient to change different bottles.
4. Using high accuracy and speed filling valve. Liquid level is more accurate without water loss, ensuring the volume of filling.
5. Using magnetic torque device, ensuring the capping effect and protect the caps.
